Kicker Remote Console Mount

DO NOT USE A HOLE SAW!

  • Cut the alignment sticker off this page.
  • Place the sticker on the console where you want the remote, and make sure “TOP” is upward.
  • Using a 1/8″ drill bit, drill the center of the 1/8″ hole and the 1″ hole on the sticker as a pilot hole.
  • Using a 1″ step bit, drill the center of the 1″ hole. You may need to remove burs from inside and outside of the 1″ hole.

DO NOT GO OVER ONE INCH!
DO NOT USE METRIC SIZE BIT!
DO NOT USE A “HOLE SAW BIT”

 

"Step Bit" - "Uni Bit"

  • Pull the plastic adjustment knob off of the remote control.
  • Remove the small nut from the remote shaft, under the plastic adjustment knob.
  • Remove the dash mount from the remote shaft.
  • Insert the remote shaft into the Console Mount Bezel from the back; take note of the circuit board slot on the backside of the Console Mount Bezel.
  • Reinstall the nut on the remote shaft, and make it snug.
  • Reinstall the plastic adjustment knob.
  • Feed the remote wire up to the 1″ hole.
  • Plug the wire into the remote.
  • Plush the remote and Console Mount Bezel into the 1″ hole.
